I registered here this morning to reach out & try & help others by briefly talking about my last 4yrs.

I have posted up in 'success stories' please feel free to have a read if you want to

Having been in a very dark place I know what it is like but there is light out there if you can find the strength to action something that your addiction maybe prevents you from doing.
