The six months self exlusion period on my favorite betting site recently run out and I was bored this weekend, this resulted in a relapse. The good news is that it was only 50 euros, which is nothing compared to the 3500 that I lost when I had my last relapse in December 2018.
Not much else to say. I just had to share this with somebody.

6 month, I've put in 5 years self exclusion and gamban, best thing I've done, day 11, was tough to start getting easier, don't be hard on yourself just do self exclusion for 5 years,
6 months is not committed to giving it up mate, needs to be much longer, why don’t they just ban you for life?
6 months is a start. I have self excluded for 5 years as I need to stop. I’m gonna lose the love of my life if I don’t. Good luck and self exclude again
You didn't have a "slight relapse" you relapsed. END OF. Lets not butter over what you did. If you're really serious about giving up gambling then 5 year block is needed. Tough love words, but sometimes you need to hear them. I wish you well....get the 5 year block in place and reclaim your life back again.
