Odaat - thank you for your post, it is most appreciated. I think definitely letting go from "Mr Gamble" is a very scary thought. It is great to hear that you feel why would you go back!! I think that's a place a lot of us where a lot of us would like to be. I realise it is abnout taking the bull by the horns. For me personally at the moment, I am still playing the odd "free cash", being that wonderful VIP - laughable eh - VIP. But anyway, I am finding this helpful, when I first stopped depositing it was hard because all I could think of were the slots. All I wanted to play were the slots. Now I'm using that time to come on here, posting and using the chatroom of an evening. Everyone has a story to tell, some very sad. But I think for all of us, this is a great site and it feels comfortable to a lot of us to talk openly to others who understand. Teresa x

Hello Star, I haven't been around for a couple of nights. I hope you're feeling better! It's funny, as soon as I have a cross word with my partner, the thing I most want to do is gamble! Since joinng this site I have only played with the free money they have given me to try and lure me back. But I can tell you I get paid tomorrow and I'd love nothing more than to have a go! Last month, 2 hours after receiving my wages it was gone. So I am going to be stronger tomorrow for sure. Hopwfully we will catch up soon in the chatroom. All the best xxx

Well done tizzy for admitting you have a problem. I am also new to this site having just found out my son has been hiding his gambling for two years. He is in denial and just mad at me because I know the reality of what is going on. I have to wait now until he wants the help. I do feel for everyone suffering from this addiction but am also annoyed he will not admit and will not take help offered. Good luck to you.

Hi wcid. Perhaps post your concerns on the friends & families thread. You will get better advice than you received in chat on there from people who have been in your situation

Hey tizzy, thanks for your post hun and glad it gave you a laugh , to be honest I miss this place but just dont have that much time due to long hours at work but will pop by from time to time , usually when some people just talk cra.P LOL !
