I'm new. I last gambled yesterday morning on an online bingo and slots site. My husband confronted me yesterday and that was difficult. I need to move on and start making changes so this time I can stick at abstinence. I have started my diary which I actually found quite theraputic to write this afternoon. I thought I would say hello in here as it's for new people. I haven't been on this site before last night but it sounds, from what I've read, like it's a good place to start.
