Hi, i have joined this forum after i have finally admitted to myself that i have a problem with playing slot machines. I continued to play after i have won until i have spent every single penny of my money thinking that i can beat the machine and win more.( which has never happened ).
I have been doing this for over 10 years enough is enough, i need to get out of this cycle of thinking once and for all. This is affecting my mental health, my family life , self worth etc. My last time on the slot machine was Wednesday 1st November.
