All I can do right now is try to remember what I need to do.....
First and most important I need to take care of myself. Physically and mentally. I need to stay away from the casino. My husband and I banned our selves from all the near by casinos. So guess what?? We travel a 4 hour round trip to gamble all our money. I want to take control of myself.

I know the feeling I cant seem to stop my self I stopped smoking without any support - woke up one day and said that is it because I said so much that I would stop no one believed me until I reached 6 months and that is almost 4 years ago. But I stop gambling for a month or longer or up to 3 months but something about the roulette machines draws me in and I seem to win in the beginning but wont take the money. No instead I want to give them all of mines. I need help and hope this site helps me retake controll of my life because it is now affecting my job and I might loose it soon if I do not take controll.
