First day again trying to stop but I realise I need help to do this if I want to stop completely and it's hard to ask for help but I need help as it effecting my health and life so any help advice or just sharing things will be so welcome because things have gone mad in the last few weeks stopped for 3 weeks felt great but then I start again and a lot more it's like I cant be happy I have a good life but if I don't stop it will soon all go I know this but I continue why?

It is hard to ask for help but it'll be a huge move in the right direction. Remind yourself of how you was feeling during those 3 weeks.
