I recently started gambling again after a couple of years of stopping. The first time I lost thousands and blocked myself through GamStop which worked. But a couple of months ago I had a relapsed. I've ended up loosing thousands again after nearly clearing all my debt, and am constantly looking to gamble. I've come to terms with it now I need help. It's on my mind all the time and I've probably messed up the finances up for my family for a long time. Hopefully putting gamban on my phone and blocking my debit card will be a start.

Hi there Phil
You are recognising all aspects of the addiction in your life now and taking decisive action in many ways which is fantasticÂ
The next phase will be to replace the addiction with helping others worse off than yourself, putting in place complete debit card and credit card triple lock controls, getting out exercising with breath work routines and keeping close communication with partner and family plus close friendsÂ
Honestly after 3 weeks or so you will only want to improve all these actions and pass them on to others
Use every tool in the box to get the result you need
 Best MH
