Sat here at 2am feeling like garbage because I've just rinsed my bank account. Couldn't stop re-depositing and chasing wins and now I just feel disgusting. They make these sites that get past the counter-measures, make it so you can't set limits, or close the account when you're losing control and before you know it, you're at 0 and feeling utterly worthless.. I guess I'm one of many here who tried to find solace, understanding.. But I hope to find some useful information, and hopefully stop resorting to gambling.Â

The question is do u want to stop lossing or do u want to actually quit lossing big difference their on a number of my relapses it was lossing that was bothering me i have now made a decision i dont want anything to do with gambling its not an interest i want to pursue i am looking into other things, gambling is very addictive and can grip u at any given time for what ever reason maybe try cbt ga for extra support will help
