Hi folks
I thought I'd join gamcare this morning after being up all night gambling chasing losses and failing miserably. In the last two months I've managed to max out my credit cards, take out a loan to pay them off and then gamble that away, gone over my overdraft limit and now find myself penniless. I know this can't go on. I have a problem with online roulette. I can't seem to stay away from it but it loses me a fortune - I'm sad, depressed and almost suicidal - just two months ago I was finacillay stable and now I'm close to the brink. Pretty desperate hey? I'm sure that this is the same for many of you as well so thought I'd join a community that understands.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life. No more online roulette. I need to stop this. Any help and support you guys can give would be much appreciated 🙂 I'm Andrew, 32 years old and generally a nice chap. I look forward to meeting you all and helping each other through this terrible addiction.

Hello Andrew, have you heard of K9 blocking software? It's free and great for blocking online gambling and if you get someone else to set the password you won't be able to override it. Hopefully if you get the blocking software it will act as a barrier and give you some time away from gambling. Realising that the money is gone and stopping chasing it is hard i know but maybe through counselling or GA you will find peace of mind and find out what is driving you to gambling and deal with that. Keep posting mate.
Thanks mate. I shall take a look into it. Tripled my debts in 3 months so just gonna focus on getting extra income through safer means to bring them back down. Today is the first day of the rest of my life 🙂
