Hello all. I have been Gamble free for just over 3 years.. Every day is just a day at a time still. With adverts all over the TV. Online on Facebook etc. You can't escape it. I was very lucky to have a partner who stuck by me twice. I did relapse before this 3 years free. I still have low days and days I find it very hard. I find the way I cope with it is give all my tech to my partner till the urge has gone or I have at least seek help. A message for everyone take it a day at a time. You are stronger then you think.
