i hi I'm not really sure what to write.
only just today realised how bad my gambling has got after opening and overdraft and spending £800 trying to win back money I have lost
I only earn around £1000 a month so spending that much is ridiculous, however i think it has helped because I realised I am addicted it's not fun I don't enjoy it I just want to win
I have only told a few people because people say you can't be addicted to gambling
I have cancelled around 20 accounts in the past 8 months and now I finally think I'm going to stop for good
hopping to take it a month at a time and read the forums for a bit of support
well done love- im doing that 100 day diary-on day 11 now which is spectacular for me-but feeling much better at moment-just admitting it is the first step-block all the sites off or download a programme where all of them are blocked-its a bad addiction but we can do it. Just visualise a fat greasy man with a cigar sat round a pool in a mansion with servants bringing him drinks and imagine hes the one who ends up with all our dosh-he gets richer whilst we get depressed and beat ourself up. He didnt make us sign up but everything about these sights are programmed to keep us there and unfortunately many of us fall for it especially if something bad has happened-go for it make your own comforts in life-not comfort for the fat man xxx
