i dont know how to stop

Hi, I’m so sorry for your loss it must be really hard for you:( please don’t beat yourself up it’s an addiction that is hard to stop. Life is worth living! I  am just starting my quitting journey today as I have wasted large amounts of money gambling very recently it’s all that appears on my bank statement!! Please try and locate your local support team you can refer yourself for support aswell as using the live chat services and forums. Good luck on your journey please stay strong you got this! 

Get on the helpline seek help from whatever sources available if u want to stop it possible just got to really want it come on here as much as possible consider joining a ga meeting most important just keep talking you can reply to me on this if u want mate but all the best and things will get better if u have a desire to stop

Stay strong.

First step has to be to enable all the blocks both GAMSTOP and enabling blocks on your bank cards.

Next step is to sort out those finances to give you some breathing room and figure out a budget to enable you to survive, and occasionally treat yourself as well pay off the debts. If you need to talk those companies you owe money - do lt, and figure out repayment plans.

Trust me when I say you will sleep easier when you do this.

Don’t give a penny more to these gambling companies who frankly are thieves in disguise. It’s not worth it - and you’re unlikely to win the money back you will just fall further into the hole - so this isn’t an option.

This is not the end - it’s the beginning - lots of people are here and organisations around to support you - you can get through this.
