I've had another slip up. Been getting back into sports betting and horse racing again last few weeks smaller stakes with success. Each time I lose chasing losses again and increasing stakes. Up again and had to bet this afternoon and ended up loosing all my deposit after initially winning. Immediately self excluded from the only 2 accounts I had left. It's the depressing feeling now of loss and feeling c**P. But on the plus side I have stopped and capped my losses I suppose. Just feel empty now though. Is the big withdrawal again and it's scary how easily I got drew in again. Trying to keep some money for Xmas
