Day 1 no temptations
Keep it up, you can do this. I'm on day 5 I have 2 accounts open currently and money in the bank but no temptation to deposit and play. It's a good feeling x

Please, please self exclude these accounts. Today you may be strong enough to resist, but I can assure you if you keep them open at some stage the temptation will take over. If we could stop using will power alone without the blocks we wouldn't all be where we are now.
Well done on day 5!
I should've done just that, I relapsed majorly and blew the last of what I had saved. Currently on day 3 again, excluded from everything and hitting rock bottom on Friday has really opened my eyes to what I have become. Time to stop this for good!
Having been through a few relapses myself, I can honestly say that I have been most productive in quitting immediately after a relapse. Use the pain of loss or the feeling of failure as motivation to increase blocks, reduce access and implement real change. Otherwise that pain will fade and gambling 'wont seem so bad'...until the next time.
Good Luck!
