you are heading the right direction.  Can you put someone else is charge of your finances?  Or can they at least be a buffer so you just can’t go impulsively get money?  If there is someone you can trust in that role, I would start there.  Be honest with yourself.  Don’t feel guilty or ashamed.  This is a disease that can strike anyone.  Be brave.  Be strong.
