It is 4.09am and I cant stop the thoughts from all the frivolous actions over the past few weeks that has led me back to the sanctuary of this site after a 3 year hiatus.Â
So I have reopened my profile, created a fresh name and am putting this little hi post here for now and I will try and get a bit more sleep and start a new recovery diary in the morning.Â
