Just broke my 41 day gamble free run and lost 2k on messing around on being on the ftse after Brexit.
Now down to 20k in debt again. 2 steps forward 3 steps back. 🙁

I'm probably not the best to offer advice as I am failing terribly but I can offer support that I understand how you feel. You have done really well to get to 41 days. You can do it again, and further. Get back on the horse and don't beat yourself up too much. What's done is done.

I guess the question you need to ask yourself, is how comes you still managed to have £2k around so that you could gamble with it. You need to get blocks in place, to ensure you can't do that again.
