Yeah it does already feel better, I have more time to do things that are actually productive. 

I hate how gambling had a hold on me!! 😔

I am now 4 days on from no gambling I cannot begin to even say how relieved I am that I got found out! As this addiction may have gone on and on. Still need to get to the bottom of why though.. Well done to anyone that quits no weight baring me down now. And I can sleep 💤 

Congrats to everyone on another day gamble free. All we can do is take it one day at a time so we are all on day 1 really. Some of us have just completed more day 1s than others! Great to see people getting those numbers up. Another day done is another day towards being a normal person again.

Day 129 for me and I can honestly say I'm a changed person. I can sleep, I don't stress about things, I'm much happier. These things have all improved since quitting. This is the life I thought gambling would give me. Turns out I just had to quit to have it.
