Hi I have a major problem with gambling, it's all I think about and if I don't gamble I get irritated and twitchy. I spend way too much on it and end up ignoring bills and even boring money. I'm twitchy right now cos I want to gamble but I can't afford to and it's driver me mad.
Hi welshmum realising the problem is the first step to getting help. There are blocks you can put in place to help stop you. You can self exclude, download blocking software to gadgets or sign up to gamstop. Then you need to find something else to occupy your mind. I know that sounds impossible at this time but it's a choice you have to make. Gambling becomes a habit and you need to replace it with something else. The money is gone.
