Hi everyone, this is my first day of not gambling in many years, lost over £2000 yesterday on roulette not for the first time and thought this has got to stop!! Glad I found ths site where we can all support each other, anyway 1 day at a time but I am determined never to gamble again!!

Thank you, day 4 without a bet and feeling good, self excluded from all my online accounts, all were very helpful apart from Betway who even after I explained I have a serious gambling problem and requested self exclusion thought the best course of action would be to offer me a £50 no deposit required free bet!!!!!! Needless to say I was not to happy and asked them again to exclude me and declined their 'kind offer'
