Hi all. I am new. Today is my first day here, I am on a big mission to eliminate my severe gambling problem. I hope we can all achieve to overcome our problems together.

Welcome and well done for finding this site and an even bigger well done for admitting you have this addiction. With help on here and taking advice you can win the battle each day without gambling is win and although I am nearly 90 days in I still have barriers in place and look into here most days as well as attend ga meetings which all keep me from this terrible disease. Keep posting and reading others stories and advice and be 1 of the lucky ones., all of us on here rather than the unfortunate ones who dont or wont admit they have a problem and dont get the help thats available. X

185 days gamble free. Still find it hard to cope some days but i couldn't have got this far without a lot of support that i have received from my family.
