I have just taken the first step and self excluded my accounts after losing around £600 this weekend. In the past 2 years I have lost over £5000 at one point I lost £2000 in a week.
I have gambled all week on sports at one point I was betting on volleyball something I have never watched or know anything about but it was there to bet on so I did.
