Hi, just been looking back to my earlier posts and this one was my first. Hope you are still on the right track, can't believe 4 weeks have gone by since then and I am now 30 days gamble free and feeling good. Had 2 counselling sessions which have helped and have had no urge to gamble as the reason has gone. My wife is being so supportive and we are working out how to pay off the credit card debts. The anxiety has lessened but I still have moments where I panic a bit about what I have done but know have to draw a line under that and move forward. Other posts have made me realise I can't be complacent thinking I have beaten this and that it is a lifelong commitment.Â
