I am desperate to succeed and give up gambling but think I am going to need a lot of support and encouragement on the way and from the posts I am reading this site is a very good start. I have been gambling for as long as I can remember and it's ruined big parts of my life I need to get my life back. Thanks for reading

Hi moomoo,

Welcome to the site.

Can you tell us a bit about your gambling experiences?

This can help so that others on here have a chance to understand what you gamble on and can help with what advice to give.

Well done on making the first step towards recovery.

Damo

Hi Moomoo41

If you keep using the forum and phone gamcare as many times as you like, You will be on the start of a fine road to recovery.

Its takes honesty, close support and serious blocks. You will learn about the gambling addiction and you will make it history with understanding and counselling

Life is much better gamble free and I hope you will join us.
