Hi Cody

I think the site is having some technical difficulties at the

moment so don't worry it's not you!

You have made the first step by joining the forum. A diary is a really good and has helped me lots in my journey towards being gambling free.

Best of luck

Hand over your finances, if you know your wages are in the bank what is there to stop you? Best thing I did handing everything over. What other measures have you in place? Blocker? Self excluded? Being on jere helps! Good luck x

thanks for your replies. I've self excluded myself from every account I can think of. I tried the betfilter but i just couldn't get on with it. I'd like something that restricted my Google search engine on my phone but I dont know if I can get anything like that?

I’d echo the sentiments of handing over your finances.

The fact you’re concerned about your phone and blocking sites shows you’re currently very vulnerable to this addiction.

Remove the money, break the cycle.

All the best
