I am new to the forum, had a big relapse last week, lost all my wages and gambled on credit card, i done so well for so long, then it just unravelled, i have been a problem gambler for many years and got myself into massive debt, stopped and paid it off in 5 years, then started doing small bets eventually led to my big relapse last saturday, i know i should leave it alone tottaly, i suppose it is the only way i will win if i stop
It is even more important with gambling addiction than drinking issues to leave it totally alone.Â
If you have £30 you drink £30. If you have £100 you drink £30. If you have £1000 you drink £30.(in one go)
With gambling you can lose everything you have...all in one go...
