Hi,I have been gambling on and off for 40 years, it the same cycle of losing small amount of money , chasing it and only wanting my original amount back and losing bigger amounts..last lost went form £10 to losing in total £1000…. sick of it..I lose stop gambling for 6-9 months then back on…when I gamble it consumes me..no time for anything else.
