Help. I lost again

In my consideration, having in mind many of us took measures to exclude ourselves from online betting by Gamestop online tool, and considering many of us probably excluded ourselves from certain betting shops, I believe when you decide to exclude from certain shop they should have a common system database all of the existing shops/casinos, and give you opportunity to self exclude yourself from all the shops/casinos and not only local on 1 mile range, but up to nationwide range accros all varieties of shops brands.

Also, let's be honest, thinking of the profits these shops/casinos aim to achieve and of the huge expenses they have for running up (shop rent/utilities bills, staff wages etc) is so so so clear that over 95% of the times we can expect to loose money, because in addition to all expenses mentioned above, in order me to win someone else (a person like me) has to lose money.

Same, in my own opinion, by government law, all shops casinos should be obliged to introduce a access system type automated pods or turnstile gates where by face recognition technology to be allowed access, or NOT ALLOWED acces if you self excluded previously.

Hi @mallys thank you for being brave and courageous in sharing about your losses whilst playing slot machines at a Tenpin bowling Alley which can be a very stimulating environment. When we want to understand and change our behaviour we have to consider if our environments are also triggers for us whilst we try to get strong and build up our recovery tools.

You describe yourself as having an illness, I don't know if that is in your health or in relation to not being able to stop gambling. However, if you are concerned about your health in any way, I would always encourage you speak with your G.P.
