HI everyone. SO basically I gambled heavily about 7 years a go, lost about a lot of money in a year. For some reason, no idea, I decided to start again about 3 months ago. I have lost a lot of money and I feel lost and hopeless. I have a wife, who knew about it last time, but doesn't know about it this. I've also got two amazing children. I feel so guilty. I've put us further into debt and now probably won't be able to do much for the next couple of years, all because of me. I don't know what to do.

Fair play for posting in the forum. It takes time to rebuild yourself. Put blockers on your apps. If you’re going into shops ask them to self exclude you and head into the chat rooms on GamCare 8pm-9pm. People in the chat rooms will be able to give you endless amounts of advice and ways to improve. It’s never too late to make a change for yourself. Don’t regret your past or pile stress onto yourself - decide to make a change which will suit you. If you go back and keep trying to win money speaking from my previous experiences this will only drive your addiction further and the upset will become a long stronger. Give GamCare a call if you feel like you need help. I rang them 14 days ago and it’s the best thing I did. You’ll get there. Stay positive 👍🏻👍🏻
