So I'm 32 years old and have gambled on and off since 18. I have had long breaks and went back to gambing. I have really had enough of this hidden habit. I have lost loads over the last 5 or more years. I have self excluded but still found ways to gamble. In the start of the year my resolution was to have 3 holidays yet I have had non as a result of wasting my money on gambling. I have the ok things in  life but I could have way better only if I stop this habit. First time on here positivity will get us all through this.

Well done for reaching out mate, blocks handing out finances early days is strongly recommended, i too was trapped in this addiction for 18 years until my last relapse i took a loan and lost it all this was over a year ago since just in 1 year i am shocked how much this addiction was actually costing me since then not have i paid my debt off i have bought stuff which i neglected due to gambling, i would advice u to take as much support as possible you can even start a diary on here to track your progress this is a life long illness i wish you all the best

Thank you so much for your reply. How long has it been since your last gamble? Are the chat rooms any good ?
