Well done sez even though it don't seem good now, don't gamble, be strong and you will see you have got to be cruel to be kind sometimes, remember that your partner has left and why he has left if this is not enough to stop you gambling I don't know what is.

Good luck and be strong we are here for you anytime

I told you sez honesty is the best policy, you need him in your recovery just remember he did leave you and how you felt when he did and that was because of gambling that should be enough for you not to go back.

Every morning when you wake up remember how you felt when he wasn't there keep it fresh in your mind everyday, we as gamblers need that one big shock I believe for the penny to finally drop, I've had mine and believe you have now had yours.

Well done for six days and keep in touch.

Be strong and think about what you've got not what you havnt.
