I've been building myself up to stop I have closed all my online accounts and excluded for 5 years last month I excluded from all casinos local to me and today finally I excluded myself from all betting shops around me this is my day one after I lost yet another £100 I walked away got home and made the call

I just merely suggest that try and identify what is pushing you towards gambling in your free times instead of, let's say reading a book or watching a film, documentary etc. Also, if the urges strike, please talk to someone or come on here and offload.
