Ive been gambling for over 1 year now since i turned 18 3 days into gambling i won over *** i felt this is amazing how easy is it to gambling but over last year i cant stop thinking about gambling which effected my work to a point when people are saying i can tell your thinking about horse racing instead of your of work im only apprentice on £6.15 a hour. and its started every break time its £10-25 on horse racing to point my bank account was empty.
this has been going on for over 10 months now but in october i won *** again i was getting more confident stake in *** bets to point on 24/11/2019 i blew over *** pounds of my own money im so scared to tell my mam and dad and my friends as i might get branded a idiot i'm on a journey now to stop this and live a gamble free life !Â

im 27 and can assure you the gambling lifestyle is hard work and over time it becomes an obession
go look on you-tube there are blokes on there who have dedicated their lives too posting videos of them losing money......sounds absolutely mental when you say it out loud
yes there are good days/ weeks / months but over the course of a year they are in very short supply and the losses get so exhausting you cant even remember how much you need to re-coup to break evenÂ
close the accounts down fill in the self exclusion forms and get a library card and spend your free time down there reading and learning about things far more interesting than gamblingÂ
