Just wanted to say don't be too hard on yourself I would say the majority of people don't manage to give up straight away like myself. The only way I managed to give up was to let my family know and then not have access to cash, take money away from the equation, if you don't have it on u u cant spend it. With all tho in mind u would probably have to tell ur wife. But how much worse can I get I mean ur at the bottom telling her would probably start to bring u back. Good luck I mean that pull every bit of strength u can and u will feel better once its out in the open. Its happens to lots of people , ur not alone, u may feel I now but if u share ur secret theres a way out.
