Thanks for stopping by on my diary . My house is a lot warmer now ! The car well it’s just insane what I can do with it . Can even defrost it, find it, unlock it , put lights on all with an app on my phone . I thanked my MD today and he said it’s not a problem , I deserve it .
The reason I’m telling you that last bit is because even though we are compulsive gamblers , it doesn’t mean all doom and gloom. We are very driven and focussed and when we channel that into careers we can achieve really good things . If we can just avoid touching our fault lines everything can be good . I still see you handing out advice and yours to onepunch was spot on . Some people watch from afar but I know now that you can get a lot out of this site by offering your support in the way you are .
Well done on your 8 days , the days go so quick without gambling and you will soon see the benefits financially . It’s not all about money as you know , I’m sure your state of mind has improved dramatically since you fessed up and self excluded yourself . I would go out on a limb and say that you have thought about gambling a lot less , probably not even until you come into this site . Keep posting and keep offering your support to others , that’s therapy without it being pigeonholed
