Evening Zoe,Â
Like you I found the first few days quite easy and then the realisation that life will never be the same again hit. It took me a few more days to work out that without gambling it is a much, much better life. You are doing amazingly well. Make sure you reward yourself for your progress. It can feel a bit hard to do at first but you deserve it. Keep doing what you are doing. You are doing mighty fine ?
P.s glad the mindfulness stuff is sending you to sleep ?
Just sat down with my son and had a really good talk about things , it’s nice that he has took time to listen to things from my point of view and me his , things r looking up and can only get better each day , one step at a time and being open n honest is the way forward ...Â
Hi Zoe,
That must have taken a lot of courage, well done. Now the hard bit, stay away from gambling & don't let him down.
Sincere Best Wishes
