My gambling started around 7 years ago.small bets on football. Then online which led to casinos. Roulette. Started doing 100 pound spins. Great at one stage winning quite a bit. But as most gamblers It goes back in. You sit their feeling stupid annoyed and empty. I continued to gamble on and off and convinced myself "I don't have a problem" as I didn't do it all the time. I tend to go to the bookies on the roulette. Although the amounts are not as bad as they used to be.when life gets tough, work or home life that seems to be my escape. My partner lives in fear as we have a son and I have worked hard and managed to save money. The sensible thing I did and do is when I get paid I put into a building society no card etc. but the other week I took 500 pound out and went into the bookies and spent some.luckily although I gambled a lot of the day I walked away with 500 and put it back in my account. My fear is loosing my family and my job which is well paid. I'm looking for help into how to stop all together and break this cycle before it gets worse.
