I'm not sure if it was you or someone else, but someone has said to me about online counseling or go to your doctor because there may be some problems deeper than you can fathom. From reading your post you drink, smoke and gamble so maybe there's something within yourself you need to address?
I think you've mentioned to me about blocks too and if you can't block yourself on your phone try to set limits ? Ban yourself from as many sites as you can and the ones you can't set low limits incase you get the urge. It's done now so no point dwelling, you just have to move forward.

yes onepunchjamoo...I am also addicted to cigarettes...been smoking since I was a teenager unfortunately. I most definaltey have addiction issues and I would hazard a guess that I a suffering from depression...not sure if this is caused by my addictions or if I have been using my addictions as a coping strategy and escapism. Either way the gambling is deifnaltey the cause of huge hurt and self hatred in myself. I am trying my best...I can only go day by day now and do the best I can. I have recognised the problem and am activley trying to manage it as best I can. I come on here because this is a life line for me at the moment.
I don't know your life enough to say whether you're right or not but I can understand that gambling can definitely lead to feelings of depression. Have you tried going to a doctor? Like you already know, you have to do whatever you can so you're not even able to gamble, with the amounts you're losing I think it's extremely important you block yourself from these sites by contacting them although we both know there's always more.. it's tricky :/
An option would be to downgrade the phone to a cheap old style one which can only do calls and texts. I know this has worked for many members.
thanks brucey...this might be a good option for me. I have spent the last few hours battling with netnanny. Managed to download on my phone but it is only blocking the google chrome browsr...i can still access through the samsung internet browser...and this is built into the phone. I cannot disable or uninstall this....Any one have any ideas how this can work? I have emailed the support but no response yet. I really want this as a matter of urgency. If they cant give me a solution, then i guess its a refund and try the next option. Gamban has worked a treat on my PC...but unfortunatley wasnt compatible on my phone which is a real shame.
