Hey Gohan17, i'm a month gambling free, tough going at times, when the urges hit are hard but mainly thoughts in my head constantly. Take me 6 months to get back to where i was, trying small goals and steps not to make it seem so long. As you know as a compulsive gambler being patient and building your life back slowly is hard!
Will get there though 4 years of gambling and still no money despite full time job, time to kick this and keep the money i work hard for!
Glad your doing well, how many days free are you? And well done its not easy but we can do it 🙂

I'm 50 days free feeling good realised I will loose a lot more than money if I didn't stop next to no temptations at all 1.90 a pint Jesus haha I'm doing a lot of sport again which is helping too

I've got to 85 days free now and it's feeling good. I've only got a small amount of spare money but at least it's mine now.
I getting on a bit now but I find Gym work is helping me. Keeping busy seems to keep the devil at bay.
