Hi all, it has been 18 whole days since my last gamble. Still not sleeping well and beating myself up mentally about the money I lost that last night 04/04..inscribed on my brain forever... no urges at all to gamble....makes me feel sick. Anyone advise when these feelings might fade a bit? Thanks for any advise....

No one can tell you how long feelings about losses will take to fade.....my opinion...and that's all it is....and for what it's worth...it's more about accepting the cash has gone and you won't get it back.....try to draw a line under it love. ...and focus more on making sure you cant Chase them...stay strong....x
