hi all its my fist day on here and I've been reading lots of your posts and realise that it's not just me. Today is gunna be the first time I don't bet for at least a year. I've been a gambler now for about 25 years and it's been a problem for a long time now. I have a beautiful wife and daughter and I can't believe they are still here with me. If I told them the real issues I have they would probably go. I've join here because if I didn't this with probably put in an early grave.

I would suggest bumping your diary into the new members section or the recovery diaries. As you will get a better response in those sections.
What is that you gambled on?
Have you put any blocks in place ie self exclusions etc?
Your right when you say you're not alone. According to the data base 750 thousand problem gambalers now reside in the UK alone.
Get posting especially early on it really does help

Usually anything I could bet on I would. Compulsively slot house's and scratch cards. How are you today?
Not to bad thanks just really coming to term with everything as I haven't got my bets to worry about, thinking of going GA but don't really know if I could sit there and talk cause I know I will ball me eyes could of the stupid things I have done.
