Just found this thread. I am at the end of day 4. I previously went for around 75 days without gambling but relapsed last week after a friend of mine died of cancer at the age of 25.
Online slots have been my main issue and I am determined to stay away for good. Will try to remember to check in each week.
One week completed ! Got to admit it was bloody hard. But knew it wouldn't be easy
