Checking in on 786 gamble free days. Well done to Mrdaniel1 on passing the 1 year mark. Great achievement and may it long continue. To the new comers on the forum, a huge welcome and I really hope you can get through those extremely difficult early months. It will get easier, trust me, but you have to give it 100% of your effort and put up as many barriers you possibly can.

hi my names clare and im a compulsive gambler. i hope its ok for me to join this challenge and im currently on day 4 gamble free. i have gambled on and off for 13 years on online slots. i have stopped in the past and attended ga meetings but it really kicked in again last august and all came to a head this week. i am so grateful to have found this site and forum and have come clean to my oh about everything. along with ga i am determined to kick this evil addiction.

Really impressed at those in treble figures and to that I aspire. Onwards and upwards - next week I'll have passed one month - the longest time ever off the slots and feeling great (mentally but physically jiggered!)

Checking in day 54. Been on the emotional rollercoaster this week, but thankfully have reached a flat section of the ride and all seems calm again 🙂 No urges to gamble though so that feels good!
