First Relapse, want to make it the last so here i go again.

P.s Best Wishes to Everyone.......nearly 600 days doesn't cure you...only abstaining completely will. i could not win as i could not stop once started.

Well Done on all who have checked in, a few gone astray this week hopefully just the holiday season and they are enjoying the rewards of a gamble free life. A couple of new guys to welcome LEST-WE-FORGET coming back after a good gamble free stint and dmr joining on day 1. No major milestones this week apart from another gamble free week for the 20 listed below.

I total we have 4983 Days between us that’s over 13 Years!!! just think if we had gambled just £20 each on those 4983 day that would be nearly 100K in the bookies pockets and let’s be honest when did we as a compulsive gambler spend just £20 a day, scary stuff.

Sorry to hear about you relapse, you must put it behind you and move on, I myself relapsed after 180 days but now feel stronger for it. Onwards and upwards we can beat this

Late check in sorry about that. Day 131 for me today. Not gambled since Apr 13th. I'm over half way to beating my best ever stint of 6 months gamble free.

Really sorry I didn't get checked in last week I was on holiday enjoying myself in the sun. Still doing fine except I'm back at work.
