Day 146 for me checking in. I'm keeping with this. No other choice, can't take anymore risks or I'd be gambling with my whole family, my whole life. My baby's due in about 7 weeks and hopefully she'll never see me gamble!

Hi all, sorry to hear about soldiers falling after so long, it's quite heartbreaking to hear and shows us that we are always on the knife edge of gambling..I hope you become stronger my friend and don't relapse again
I'm happy to say that gambling thoughts rarely pop up nowadays and hopefully I can deal with them correctly when they do..

Checking in gamble free for another week. Racking em up nar. Spending week off at caravan and last time I was here I spent every morning picking popo's and every avo watching em win/lose. A total waste of a holiday that was. Been here a day and didn't even think about a gamble so progress 🙂

Some great check Ins this week, we even went international with Delboygolf checking in from the Big Apple a couple of missed check ins from a couple of new guys hopefully they are not in the habit of checking in and not got back in the habit of gambling
