Am I right in thinking that check in starts on Sunday for the following week? If so I didn't miss last week as I checked in the previous Sunday for the Sunday I wasn't down. I then checked in a few days after I realised I didn't check in on the Sunday.
Just a thought.

Back to zero again. Last October 4 I was excited about the NBA Preseason Games. I bet on 1 game then I lost. Then tried again on another game and lost again. I continued the following day hoping to get my money back and told myself to stop. I had the chance to breakeven but continued again and just like that lost all my remaining money for my expenses. I need to wait for another week to have money again. I am guilty because I said I'll just do it again one time. I guess that's it. I was baited by the devil and went into it. I need to rebuild myself again in the coming days.

Hi

I would like to join the group as I found it helped to have goals last time, I managed 260 days and would like to stop for good. I am currently on 12 days.

Thanks

Hi all,

just checking in. I've had a gamble free week and not really missed it at all. Breaking the cycle is always the hardest part with any addiction and I feel good now I have achieved it. Looking forward to keeping it going this time!

Checking in on day 381.

Sorry for missing checking in last week, I like to check in on the Subday as don't want to tempt fate by checking in to early and last Sunday I was ill and end up in hospital for the week feeling better now, so hopefully over the worst of it

Time to get cr*cking on with my next target a calendar year gamble free.

KTF
