Checking in day 376. I follow nba and it's coming up to the playoffs and I've had a couple of urges to back my team luckily I have thought about it and thought why and what gain I could get how I'd feel etc and I know it isnt worth it - win or lose. That's one thing I try and do now with my urges take a moment to think about them consider how I'd feel and I soon realise how stupid the idea is. Gamble free is the only way.
