You haven't let anyone down and it is entirely upto you if you want to carry on with the challenge, but i think you are strong enough, having 190 days gamble free isn't easy to do, you should be pround of yourself!! If you do still want to do it, i will be around to help out with anything you may need.

Well done to everyone adding another 7 days to their count, i know it can be hard to keep abstaining over the festive period with the lure of more cash for getting those big wins we all used to want, but keeping gamble free will mean that you have more of the important things that you and your family will enjoy over the coming weeks.
