Neil,
I hope Angel will do it but if she feels she can't, I would be happy to step in.
Ken
Hi Ken, that would be great if you could. If you are like me, you will find it to be a great help in your own recovery. You will need to start a new thread/topic for the new year, I will post the update on Monday the 31st and then in the new year you can start on the new thread.

Wow, how quickly and messy life can get. Shortly after this post I returned to the UK and preceded to spend pretty much all of my money on gambling. Again it boiled down to having free time and no job. Also not having that friends support too. That is something I am planning to change tomorrow as I meet up with a friend to tell him of my struggles. I hope he is supportive but just getting it out there will be so scary and I'm worried I could bottle it and say I want to meet him for another reason.
Anyway I tried a year but failed short of the final 100 days. Rst2019 new name and new outlook on life all being well.
Would have had a go just then. Wife has blocked the wifi. Then I thought 'what was that that made me feel like I want to gamble?'
Self worth. not challenged particually. just what is the point in me? you can tell me some things and I would agree that I'm ace. but I want more. more regognition. more stimulus. more cloud of cold joyous peace.
Checking in gf for the last time this year 🙂
